Breaking A Habit To Build Stamina

Remember the old saying, “Practice makes perfect”? It's not quite accurate, especially if you're “practicing” on your own with no one really monitoring the activity. Bad Training

In a similar way, masturbatory habits train your body and brain to ejaculate quickly, especially if you masturbate multiple times per day over a span of months or years. Given that kind of reinforcement, is it really that surprising that you don't last long when you are sexually stimulated?
